Anthropic shipped the answer the same week (self-hosted sandboxes), and underneath it all the real story emerged: the race has moved from models to the supply chain — Anthropic buying Stainless, the SDK pipe its rivals ship, and putting Claude in front of all 276,000 KPMG employees.
